Inclusion
An inclusion plan that reaches every task
The Learner Passport, the IEP, and the register live in the same place as classwork and homework. So the supports in a student's plan are the supports they get, every day.
The Learner Passport
Record needs, strengths, and the wave of support. AI suggests supports for each need. The team accepts, dismisses, or adds its own, and sets the next review date.
- Students see "Things that help me", never a diagnosis
- Families decide who else can see the Passport
- Supports switch on in every task automatically

Pick a need. See what switches on.
Typical starting points the inclusion team can accept, change, or add to. Every support then applies in every task, automatically.
Students see these as "Things that help me", never as a diagnosis.
32 supports, ready on day one
Grouped the way inclusion teams think about them. Each one works in classwork, homework, and practice.
IEPs and the register, drafted from real work
AI drafts an IEP with measurable goals from the student's Passport and six weeks of work. The team edits every line, adds goals from a goal bank, and approves. Parents review and sign in their app. The register updates itself by wave, plan, and review date.
- Goal progress measured from classwork and homework
- LSA, therapist, and tutor notes feed the next review
- A printable copy when the family shares it with a tutor

Wellbeing alerts and early concerns
Upsetting words said to the Bee Guide, late-night work, and sudden drop-off raise an alert for the Head of Inclusion. Six-week patterns suggest who might benefit from a screening.
- Alerts go to named staff, who decide what to do
- Never a diagnosis: only qualified specialists diagnose
- Every action on an alert is logged

LSAs, therapists, and outside tutors
LSAs and therapists see the goals for the students they support and log sessions in two taps. Families can invite an outside tutor, who gets a separate login and sees only what the family shares, after the school approves.
- Tutors can't hand in work, and never see diagnoses
- Students can tick "I had help from my tutor"
- Families can end access at any time

Who sees what
Access follows the role. Every view is logged.
| Person | Sees | Never sees |
|---|---|---|
| Student | Their own tasks, feedback, and "Things that help me" | Any diagnosis or level label |
| Parent | Their child's tasks, reports, supports, IEP, and portfolio | Other students |
| Teacher | Supports and progress for students they teach | Diagnoses, unless the inclusion team shares them |
| Inclusion team | Passports, IEPs, register, alerts, and logs | |
| LSA or therapist | Goals and supports for assigned students; therapists only with family consent | Students not assigned to them |
| Tutor | Only what the family chooses to share, after school approval | Diagnoses, other students, answers |
| Leaders | Whole-school and group progress, evidence, and activity |
